SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS }}
1-Do not steal any of our content. We have worked extremely hard trying to make this site what it is. We didn’t put all of the time in effort so someone can steal it from us.
2-Respect is an absolutely must. If we find out about anyone flaming another member, your account will be deleted and you will be banned. This site is for fun, not to start fights with others.
3-No spamming the c-box or any other board on the site. When we say spamming we mean posting random links one different boards or advertising your site anywhere other than in the Advertisements and Affiliates Board.
4-Absolutely no one-liners or two-liners. We are requiring a post minimum of at least one good quality paragraph of 5-7 sentences. Anything less than this is not accepted.
5-No God-Modding or Auto-ing. God-modding means that your character cannot be harmed in anyway (hence the term GOD-modding). Auto-ing is when you control another character without that member’s permission.
6-No Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus. This is when you give your character perfect qualities—perfect hair, perfect teeth, perfect figure, etc. No one is perfect and everyone has flaws.
7-Usage of correct grammar is a must. We understand that not everyones first language is English, but please try to use correct grammar. This includes ‘net’ speak.
8-Do not give your character the name of a famous person such as Bon Jovi or Angelina Jolie. We all know that these people have better things to do than hang around with teenagers. Also, no character names from other books like Harry Potter, Edward Cullen, etc. They have no business being in New York.
9-Most importantly STICK TO THE PLOT! We have one on the site for a reason. Characters may have mini-plots, but it must stick to our site’s main plot.
10-Remaining active is important. We understand that sometimes things come up and you have no time to get on. If that is the case, post in the Going Inactive board with the application found here. If you are inactive for a mon without posting there, you will lose your celeb. If inactive for two months, your account will be deleted. Canons have a limit of a month and then you will lose the celeb and be deleted. We cannot have inactive canons on the site.
11-We are allowing language and sex. However, we have a few guidelines. Language must be kept to a minimum. Meaning every other word must not be a curse. Sex is also allowed. For this, please put the word "Graphic" or "Mature" in the title. We don't want our younger members to stumble upon a grpahic thread and be digusted.
